salon policies

PAYMENT: We require payment in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

CANCELLATION: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, cannot be guaranteed their entire service or may have to reschedule their appointment. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. 

HAIRCUT & COLOR ADJUSTMENTS: If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you.  Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect!

PRODUCT PURCHASES: If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase. A full refund will be given as long as it is within the 30-day window.
